  “This company is absolutely awful. I had the worst experience of my life working with them. First, they insisted on a two day pick up window, which I thought was unreasonable, but I complied and set up my plans to be available both days. Then out of the blue two days before they were supposed to do he pick-up they called and said they had to pick up the material the next morning or they didnt know when they could do it. Unfortunately, my wife and I were 250 miles away and could not get back o our old address the next day. We were able to have my mother inlaw meet them to load materials. They were supposed to be at the house at 8:30am, which would allow them to load the house and allow my mother in law to get to work. They called early in the morning to confirm that they would be there and were just thirty or so minutes away. They finally arrived after 1:00pm. They packed the entire house and forgot the washer and dryer, luckily my mother in law checked behind them and made them get it, which took another hour because they had to unload. Once they had the truck loaded they announced that they were now in route to our new address (mind you they had previously said it would be the next day). They said they would be at our new address by 7:00 pm. At approximately 8:00 pm they called and informed us that they were still coming, and that we must have the balance of our payment in Cash ($1900). This was obviously a problem since the contract called for us to pay by discover and it was nearly 9pm on Friday night. This is when it got really interesting. I informed them that they must adhere to the original agreement, to which they replied that i should take my credit card to wal-mart and get a cash advance. They also advised me that they had failed to weigh the truck before loading my house, so i would need to, first pay them the full price, then go with them to a weigh station where they could weigh the truck and then give me any refund I was due. Of corse I said no and that I would not be paying by cash but by card as was in the contract. A manager then called me and informed me that he would make an exception and allow me to pay by credit card. He called back thirty minutes later and advised me that his credit card machine was now not working so i would need cash to retrieve my belongings. The highlight of the evenng came when he informed me that despite all that had happened, his company had done nothing wrong and it was not their fault that their credit card maachine was not working. He then told me that he was giving up his night, sitting in his house trying to work this out for me. I of course told him that i was standing in my house becuse Ihad no furniture. His response was, well that's what happens when you move. In the end, he got his act together took my credit card, and my furniture was delivered after 1am that evening. During the delivery, the workers did not tighten the water supply to the ice-maker, which allowed water to drip onto the laminate for almost 10 days before we discovered it. The floors were ruined and not must be replaced at my expense. To sum it all up, if you have to strap your belongings onto your back....DO NOT HIRE THIS GROUP OF UNPROFESSIONAL BOOBS, I will not refer to them as a company because they irresponsible, unprofessional and just plain awful.”
